  • Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
  • Complete and Manage a continuous Sales Pipeline of target prospects (cold calling, email, phone and LinkedIn)
  • Establish several Trusted Advisor Relationships with Key Referral Sources for additional prospects
  • Ability to sell Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Services to C-level Executives and Business Owners
  • Collect, complete and submit all the necessary documents needed for new prospects
  • Managing multiple opportunities through sequential stages of the sales process
  • May be required to travel for purposes of Training, Closings, and Enrollments at the manager’s discretion
  • Demonstrates Professionalism internally and externally when representing Synuity-HR



  • Two years of experience in the PEO Field
  • H.S. Diploma – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
  • Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): Optional

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in reconciling payroll taxes at the employer and employee level by reviewing payroll tax reports to internal spreadsheets
  • Assist in preparing payroll tax filings
  • Provide information and assistance related to payroll tax, both internally and externally
  • Assist with worker’s comp audits
  • Produce accurate calculations for payroll tax payments
  • Participate in federal, state, and local activities
  • Participate in projects and research that relates to payroll tax compliance/production
  • Communicate with supervisor, co‐workers, and others in a courteous and professional manner
  • Shows initiative in a positive “can do” attitude; fast paced team environment


  • Excellent organizational, multi‐tasking, communication, and prioritizing skills
  • Deadline driven; Attention to detail
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, and PC skills
  • Federal and state regulations a plus; Multi‐State payroll tax a plus
  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Strong decision‐making, problem‐solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in working in a high-volume environment
