  • Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
  • Complete and Manage a continuous Sales Pipeline of target prospects (cold calling, email, phone and LinkedIn)
  • Establish several Trusted Advisor Relationships with Key Referral Sources for additional prospects
  • Ability to sell Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Services to C-level Executives and Business Owners
  • Collect, complete and submit all the necessary documents needed for new prospects
  • Managing multiple opportunities through sequential stages of the sales process
  • May be required to travel for purposes of Training, Closings, and Enrollments at the manager’s discretion
  • Demonstrates Professionalism internally and externally when representing Synuity-HR



  • Two years of experience in the PEO Field
  • H.S. Diploma – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
  • Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): Optional

  • Prospect, develop, propose, and bind new business
  • Actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals
  • Renew existing clients every year
  • Assist in the collection of required coverage information and necessary deposit and renewal premiums
  • Maintain the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients
  • Oversee all aspects of your new clients with the assigned account manager
  • Drive and support cross-selling strategies for existing clients, as well as new relationships
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, required
  • Property & Casualty License
  • Strong financial aptitude

[PEO experience required. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for keying and processing accurate payrolls. Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. Manage and maintain assigned client base and deliver a high degree of customer service. Research and respond to all internal communications in a timely manner. Specialist will be responsible for handling confidential information.]

Payroll Specialist is a position requiring organization, ability to motivate, and multi-task.


  • Maintains a client base of payroll clients relevant to size and complexity associated with an experienced Payroll Specialist
  • Accurately processes each function according to accepted company-wide processes and procedures
  • Contacts clients by company accepted methods (primarily by phone) to obtain necessary information, build relationships, resolve issues, communicate Synuity and federal & state updates
  • Trains clients on all processes and Synuity’s daily cut-offs
  • Contacts clients with reminder calls and places an acknowledgement call to the client confirming receipt and completion of the task
  • Maintains a high rate of client retention through quality service
  • Keeps afloat the features and functionality of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws -becomes the go-to person on how to use the systems features and functionality
  • Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, co-workers & internal partner departments
  • Acts as Mentor to new PRS I; assists with questions, problems, system understanding and on-going training material
  • Should be well versed in multiple areas (PTO, GL, T&A, Excel, Import, EOB)
    Assumes responsibility for more complex payroll clients
  • Compute and process timesheets
  • Compute and disperse wages
  • Posts payroll data and prepares routine reports
  • Process new hire and terminations


  • Experience with garnishments, benefits, and 401(k)
  • PRISM experience highly preferred
